Smart TV?

To assist you in the learning the various features, functions, and settings of the remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q60C TV under QLED 4K TVs > C Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.
The Remote Guide is also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.

Annoying aspects.

It skips with motion especially when it's a distant shot. On other channels, there is a flickering, particularly around heads and the commercials vibrate vertically. More modern broadcasts on mainstream channels are fine. I often have another TV on in another room and the audio is not in sync as the previous set was. There is an echo (delay) which is annoying.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your Q60C TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
Here are some tips to help improve the picture clarity:
1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receiver, IPTV, and set-top box to UHD or HD.
4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
If you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
Our 2023 TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

Shameful

Best Buy had this item as "Open Box", and tried selling it without any packaging,, no Bubble Wrap or anything. I was totally blown away. No one takes the extra step anymore

Don’t do it!

Everything seem cool all day Saturday no problems no nothing until Sunday. I was watching TV and the TV just turned off and it went blank. I tried everything I unplugged it from the back of the TV. I checked my circuit breaker to make sure nothing was tripped, but the TV itself is not working. It’s a defective TV. I should have stuck with LG I would never ever buy a Sansom TV again, and this TV was recommended to me by sales associate in the store Customer service was a smooth breeze. They came to pick up the TV and they would issue my refund within five days. Don’t do it y’all
