The salesperson (I am so terribly sorry I cannot remember his name) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like I got the best TV to meet my needs - a TV which I love!!

While it’s a beautiful picture, and it does what I need it to do. It defaults to autoplaying Samsung TV plus. Even though I deleted the app from my app list. By the time I got tired enough of it to call support, I was outside the return window. Support told me the only option to get rid of that ‘feature’ is to delete all the channels from Samsung TV plus, and now my tv defaults to a static ‘Channel 3’ like it’s 1982 again.

While your Q60D TV may currently default to Samsung’s TV Plus app, please know you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Start Screen Option
1) Enabling Start with Smart Hub Home automatically launches Smart Hub when the TV is turned on. Navigate to this option to enable or disable the feature.
2) If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off by pressing the Select button in the current menu.
To download apps that did not come pre-installed on your TV, a Samsung Account is necessary to access the App Store. Other than adding more apps, your TV will function the same with or without a Samsung account.

Disappointed with my Frame TV purchase.

Picture quality doesn't match regular TVs at this price point. Worst part: strange electrical buzzing noise when turning it on. No burning smell or power cuts, but annoying and concerning. Expected better from Samsung.
