My TV is just an upgraded version of the one I had so this is 2020 and the previous one I had was 2017. The remote is even a little bit better because now it has where if I just want to switch from watching Netflix or Amazon prime I don’t even have to head out an additional button. Colour contrast everything is just amazing. I love the remote because all my devices or Samsung so it just work with all my devices in the house.

The image is clean clear and extremely sharp! I did have Geek Squad installed the surround sound system in it so that it looks factory! So the sounds pouts you in a mind of a movie theater!

Wanted a Soundbar but it gives great audio without it! It just makes you wanna watch tv. It fits perfectly in my living room! And I can play my phone's music via the ambient mode section or have running gallery. I LOVE IT!

We have a smaller Samsung whose volumn surpasses this TV. Sometimes we have to put the volume to 80 in order to hear it.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60T TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with low volume. One possible cause for the low volume is the source. Some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low.
Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.
We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.
You may also want to select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
