We had an old Sony Trinitron (that 99 lbs of pure hunk) for over 17 years and needed to make a lifestyle change (ahem...cut the cord from cable). So we needed a smart TV. After debating we decided on getting a 4K since the prices were cheap. After talking to a BB rep he convinced us that stepping up to the higher models would be better since the video feed on the floor models that we were looking at for the cheaper 4K TVs may not be the same. Thats when we decided on this one after seeing it. When it came, the Geek Squad group was very helpful mounting it up on a wall. When they turned it on...oh my...the colors and video seems to be better than what was in the store! We dont regret spending the extra $300.00. Definitely a good buy!

We are really enjoying this 65 inch TV. The picture is good and the size is great. When watching Jeopardy reading the the questions are great. We would recommend this TV to anyone.

I am very happy with my purchase. I was assisted by one of the salesman inside the store. My television was delivered by Geek Squad and mounted. Excellent service. Great clear picture. Nice size for my needs. No regrets.

This TV is a good value for the money. The colors are bright, and the clarity is breathtaking. I'm using the ZVOX sound bar I used with my old TV, since I have trouble hearing dialog with the built in speakers.

I love this TV. It is perfect for our family room. I brought a Samsung Soundbar to compliment it. By far one of the most beautiful smart TVs on the market.

We love our Samsung-65" Q-60T series. However, we wanted a Q-70 series which wasn't available. We like the picture quality and the clarity is awesome. We recommended it our son and he also bought one.

In love with my new tv. The picture is absolutely amazing. Had the 75" but was too big for my living room. The 65" is a perfect fit. I will be mounting it to the wall but for now its on a stand.

TV was delivered on time and installation was straightforward. Internet connection provided access to multiple online programs. Using The remote control requires some mental adjustment compared to standard devices.

We are very pleased by the quality of the picture — brilliant colors and clear picture. The extra smart TV features are easy to set up and access. We liked it so much that we bought a smaller version for another room.

This tv looks great when it actually works. Unfortunately it is the only item in our home that will not stay connected to our WiFi. Every time you need to turn on the tv we have to unplug it and go through the entire WiFi set up a few times for it to work. The remote that came with it also likes to choose when it works. This issue began happening day 3 of having the tv. We haven’t been able to reach anyone at our local Best Buy over the phone yet about these issues.

I love this TV; Sound quality is great, Picture is amazing and the apps work well. I like the fact that I can watch a variety of stuff from one location and not have to change the input!!

I am so happy with my Samsung qled q60T TV. Picture quality is excellent and really feel the quality of the pictures colours and even the sound. It was a great Black Friday deal. I really recommend this.

Initial TV purchase did not work for us, as it did not have the Spectrum App. The Geek Squad installer was very helpful, telling us that the Samsung TV did have the App we needed. So, we returned to the store and purchsed a Samsung. The store manager offerred to have the other TV picked up at the time of delivery and installation of the new one; free of charge. John and Jason were just delightful during the second installation. They set it up and instructed me on operation of all the features new to me. We are now enjoying watching all of our favorites and streaming ones new to us. I especially love watching my grandson's high school basketball games live streamed on a big screen TV.

We haven't bought a TV since 2002 and now we have the smart TV with Samsung sound bar and boy what a difference. So for right now it was a good purchase, we will see how it holds up through out the years.

This tv was bought for our daughter's new home. Best quality tv we could get given the circumstances of Best Buy being out of stock due to Covid-19. (Although to be honest our local Best Buy hasn't had in stock or able to get the last 2 tv's we tried to purchase.) Our daughter said the home button is "touchy".

It's a great tv for the price, has a beautiful bright and clear picture. Not the best tv out there I know, but for the price it's a great tv. So if you haven't got $2000.00 and up go for this tv

First tv I ever bought and I I really like it. It was very easy to set up. Samsung is a great brand and very nice picture and lighting quality. I'll definitely be looking to buy another Samsung TV

Haven’t bought a new tv in years. We had so many choices and there was a lot of new tech to consider. This TV amazes . Clear picture , great sound and the clarity is superb. Highly recommended .

Great picture quality feels like we are watching it in person. Bought a sound bar and it sounds great. The sound of the TV itself was surprisingly lower than expected. Otherwise 5 starts.
