I began with an appointment with Christopher at Best Buy and experienced one of the best selection/purchase experiences of my left. He provided helpful information grounded in a his solid knowledge base that made my purchase decision easier and more efficient. Everything that was agreed to was delivered. The Geek Squad installation was perfect. I can say without qualification that I purchased an outstanding flatscreen TV (Samsung-65" Class-Q60T Series-4K UHD TV-Smart-LED-with HDR). Not one concern or complaint!

We are very happy with our decision to buy this Samsung TV. It was easy to set up. The colors are very vibrant and the picture is so clear. We are really enjoying watching it!

This was our 2nd time at Best Buy to by our second TV. First TV was for the Master Bedroom and now we needed the Living Room TV. Logan sold us our first Samsung and we returned to buy another much larger Samsung. Logan was awesome in explaining the various TVs available and the pros and cons for the room we were putting it in. He was fantastic. We will return to Best Buy in Bluffton for the awesome customer service we received! Thank you And we love the Samsung TV - great picture, wonderful sound - perfect. You can always count on Samsung to make an excellent product.

I have a few issues with not being able to add some apps and like a xray looking picture but I'm trying to work it out but it is a very good picture and sound is good too

We've had the TV for about a month and its been great. It is very user friendly and the picture quality is perfect. We were able to easily load our apps that we use.

Great picture and works without attaching a cable box to it (must have 1 box in home). Only negative is unable to go to different channels, no keypad on remote

I love this TV. The picture and the features are excellent. Of course you are only going to see the true capability of the picture if you are watching from a 4K player or 4K feeds from You Tube or some other medium, Even with normal feeds or BluRays you can see a difference due to the Absoltue Black, contrast is excellent. The quantum processor prevents lag with fast motion anf the 100MB Ethernet port prevents any buffering if you hard wire the TV. I tried wireless and had no buffering issues as well but I am running a 1GB service with an EEROs Mesh System in the house.

What a great tv. I had to upgrade from my old Samsung 50in service 8 to a 65in Oled. The first movie i put in was star wars episode 3 and was i blown away.

Excellent picture and ease of operation. Nice to have the many features of the smart TV. Wish I had purchased it sooner. Salesman at Best Buy was great.

Super slim and light. We bought it for our living room that has a lot of light, we needed something that would still produce a great clear picture even with lots of sunlight. The TV almost has too many bells and whistles, with the ambiance mode, Nexflix, and Amazon Prime built-in, you can get lost in the beginning. On the back there is a nice recessed square that holds our Apple TV perfectly, just added some command velcro strips to them and poof no wires. Love the TV!

This TV is great. I was a little skeptical because it was such a low price - my other TV is a 2019 Samsung 75" Q80 with all the bells and whistles. But the picture is excellent. We are in a small condo for the summer and the sound is great too. Doesn't need a soundbar. Only downside is that we wall-mounted it with a flat mount and now we can't easily get to any of the HDMI or other ports. It isn't a problem right now because we don't want to connect anything, but if we do at a later date, we will have to take it down. My other TVs have at least one HDMI port reachable from the side or bottom.

The picture is clear and vibrant. The sound is great for the size of the space that the TV is in. The remote takes a little getting used to. Samsung TV plus, which comes with the TV, actually has some good content, and it's free.

GREAT tv. My last tv was a Samsung 6000 series from 2017. This tv has vast improvements. Setup is a breeze. Great picture. It was a little pricey, but I love it.

I needed a tv for the garage now that I installed a gym in it. This tv was by far the best size cost-effective unit I could fit in that space. Image is vivid and bright. It is slim and light that I can hang it from the wall and extend it outward. It boots up fast when you use the apps and the setup is user-friendly. I wished the artwork feature worked slightly better though. I did hook it up to a soundbox because I am a tech snob. So, unsure about the sound.

This is the second time I have bought this television and my experience motivated me to purchase it again. The pictures are excellent and it's very easy to use.

Good picture quality for the price and easy to use. Remote has a bit to be desired but not a big deal if you have a satellite or cable box with a remote.

Incredible picture and super easy to toggle between sources and apps. It really does a great job of making it easy to interact with anything you want to watch.
