Defective product has a big blobbed corner and the store will not accept the return.

The color on this TV is very bad. Discolored image. I wish I can return it .

I originally bought this TV primarily for gaming, and the performance is incredible. There’s virtually no input lag, and the Game Mode activates automatically as soon as I turn on my console. Additionally, the operating system is very intuitive and snappy; all my apps load instantly. It’s a very powerful and well-rounded television

The tv is so nice. The colors on it are true to life. It has a lot of options as to what to watch. It was easy to hook up and ready to watch tv quickly. We especially like the remote that has a channel up and down button along with a sound up and down button. It also has numbers you can jump to any channel you want and the channel chosen comes up quick.

The TV works well and is exactly what I wanted! The delivery drivers were also very kind. I had a lot of issues getting it delivered — 2 had dents/dings in the exact same spot and but I’m just happy I finally got it! Definitely pick it up in person if able! Also bring a friend to help you set up :) The best buy automated answering system will attempt to redirect you directly to Samsung in the case of items damaged in delivery.

This TV is the best bang for your buck. We live in an apartment and this is perfect. High quality, sleek design. We’re so happy with our purchase. Best Buy made it so easy to pick up too.

Everything about this TV is awesome, but not a fan of the bloated APPs it comes with. I guess you need to delete the ones you don't use. The remote is good and user friendly. Setup was easy, even wall mount was not bad with two people.

I upgraded from a tv around 7 years old, and this has been an amazing upgrade that leaves not only myself, my family, and my guests impressed. Very happy with the picture quality and relative ease of use. One change I'd like to see is more than 2 HDMI ports. I generally only use 2 devices, but would like the option for a 3rd. Otherwise the largest concern I have with the TV is the lack of optical output, so I have to run my streaming device through my soundbar in order to achieve functionality. Minor in the grand scheme when compared to the overall quality of the unit!

Great Samsung quality picture. All of my TVs are Samsung. I continue to purchase this brand for the picture quality and honestly they all function the same so I do not have to learn a new system. The only negative for me is the lag on the Home Screen. It is a little slow and jumpy. This is definitely a Samsung issue because all of my TV’s do the same. This is the only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars.

I purchased My first big screen Samsung 65" QLED 4K UHD in 2014 and enjoyed for many years, all though it was still fine, I decided to upgrade to a new Samsung 75" and love it. I gave the 65" to my son a couple of years ago and a few weeks ago he had a problem... Upon knowing that I bought this New 65" and surprised him... He was so grateful and calls me almost twice a week to tell me he loves the picture of everything he watches...I was happy to find the price was very reasonable and knowing being a Samsung would be enjoyable TV for many years to come... Did I tell you I have Six TV's in my home and all are Samsung, and "knock on wood" never had problems with any of them and the one in my living room is a 2012 3D and still going strong...

I upgraded from my Samsung 43" TV to this Samsung 65" QLED and I'm so happy I did. This TV has great color and the picture is like the people are actually in my room. It was very easy to set up. I did purchase a separate stand rather than the legs that came with it. It was super easy to install and provides better stability and can also rotate, although I don't need it to rotate. Highly recommend.

I wasn't satisfied with the sound; it seemed very low. The unit was easy to install and to get going with the app, since we already had a Samsung account. Nice picture too.

This is our 3rd smart tv. Also have a Samsung tablet and phone. Like the products.

I love how easy it is to find a station or a streaming service. The picture is great and not fuzzy. Great sound, also.
