The item purchased was great but the service for that item was a total failure. Three attempts for service and install with three failures to meet service request. Finally had to cancel order and get service elsewhere.

The TV wasn't that bad, but I decided to exchange it for the Samsung Q7F, which is much better. When I got to the checkout, I told the cashier I wanted to exchange it, and he processed a return, meaning I would use the credit from the Q6F to pay for the Q7F. However, the cashier made a mistake and processed the return to my card, and the credit wouldn't appear for two days. I was counting on that instant credit to pay only the difference. The cashier made a mistake but couldn't resolve the issue, so he called the manager. The manager told me he couldn't reverse the situation, but I said it wasn't my fault, but theirs. They admitted it but said they couldn't fix it. First, I saw the manager's unwillingness to resolve the issue, as I've seen similar cases at Best Buy before, and they resolved them easily. I've been a customer for over 17 years and a Plus Member, and I've never been treated with such disrespect before. Shame on you, Best Buy.

Tv was grwat the third time around, store staff was stright trash. Will not go to best buy again, first to tvs were broken in the box physical damage. Watched a store employee just flipimg tv on the floor like.it was a game. Him and his associates were just laughing as the fluped the tvs like they were water bottles. Whe. I spoke with the manager about this he said, no sir we dont do that here. Like ok bud

Bad TV

TV only putting out audio, brand new only had it for 3 weeks. Had to make an appointment with Samsung to repair it. Very poor service experience as they only allow 15days of an exchang while it should be at least 30days
