I ordered this TV for my daughter for her new apartment. She wanted a larger wall mounted TV this time around. I ordered it from the Plymouth store and she picked it up at the Dedham store, which is closest to her new apartment. Everything went smoothly, with the pick up. When brought home she and others helping her, noticed a black dot on the screen. She returned it, and again, it was a smooth transaction. All employees from both stores were helpful, friendly, and courteous.

Great deal for a great picture. Wanted a Samsung because of their channels plus we have many Samsung televisions.

The manager was great the tv is worth the money the picture quality is great we had a problem at first with purchasing but the manager stepped in helped us out merry christmas

Great TV, excellent vibrant picture. Remote and software are easy to navigate. Speakers sound better than most other TV's we've had.

I love the features on this tv and I am a Samsung lifetime owner. I only wish that the brand would use Dolby sound and have Newsmax as an easy to find app. Otherwise love them.
