I love the features on this tv and I am a Samsung lifetime owner. I only wish that the brand would use Dolby sound and have Newsmax as an easy to find app. Otherwise love them.

Everything on this tv absolutely amazing picture quality sound without samsung sound bar but recommend adding samsung sound bar with it. When you do get your tv and update it for first time watch youtube clip about resetting samsung home or it will get stuck and not let you add apps. If will take about hour getting operational. Once done works flawlessly.

I upgraded from my Samsung 43" TV to this Samsung 65" QLED and I'm so happy I did. This TV has great color and the picture is like the people are actually in my room. It was very easy to set up. I did purchase a separate stand rather than the legs that came with it. It was super easy to install and provides better stability and can also rotate, although I don't need it to rotate. Highly recommend.

When the TV was first delivered by the Best Buy representatives for installation, it was damaged. The TV was reordered by the Best Buy representatives for delivery and installation. The picture of the TV goes in-and-out periodically.
