Best Buy, and Samsung TVs rock!!

I only buy Samsung TVS, because I have always had very good experiences with them. Best Buy is always the best place to shop!!

Got it for the price and size.

Picture quality is good, though not as vibrant as an OLED TV. Good for gaming, and I like that it recognizes and turns on gaming consoles when the input is switched. It does give you a headache if you sit too close to it.

JFulm 65" Samsung TV Reorder

The TV was reordered by the Best Buy representatives for delivery and installation. The picture of the TV goes in-and-out periodically.

Horrible return policy and damaged products.

Due to birth of our first grandchild got busy and didn't open for 20 days. Best Buy will not exchange. Im stuck with a $400 paperweight. Miamisburg GM completly unapologetic and did nothing. Every competitor has 30 days or more. Best Buy only allows 15 day and ordering online I was not informed of short return period.
