Had to make an appointment with Samsung to repair it. Very poor service experience as they only allow 15days of an exchang while it should be at least 30days

We appreciated the guidance, experience and set-up of it all (new receiver also) by Geek Squad. So helpful and the "ease" of it all was very reassuring!!

I had an older Samsung however the newer models really have a nice touch for home theater viewing. This was coupled with a Samsung surround system but the tv doesn't need it from what I've noticed. The picture quality is amazing and the tv adjusts to the light in the room depending on how the sun or shade is contrasting. Currently Loving the upgrade and would recommend the model to anyone looking to upgrade their living room space.

A great TV for a great price

The picture quality is superb and the sound is crisp and clear. My only complaint is I wish I had 1 more HDMI port but it seems like 3 is the standard so I am content. I got it on sale too so I am doubly pleased!
