The color on this TV is very bad. Discolored image. I wish I can return it .

I upgraded from a tv around 7 years old, and this has been an amazing upgrade that leaves not only myself, my family, and my guests impressed. Very happy with the picture quality and relative ease of use. One change I'd like to see is more than 2 HDMI ports. I generally only use 2 devices, but would like the option for a 3rd. Otherwise the largest concern I have with the TV is the lack of optical output, so I have to run my streaming device through my soundbar in order to achieve functionality. Minor in the grand scheme when compared to the overall quality of the unit!

The TV works well and is exactly what I wanted! The delivery drivers were also very kind. I had a lot of issues getting it delivered — 2 had dents/dings in the exact same spot and but I’m just happy I finally got it! Definitely pick it up in person if able! Also bring a friend to help you set up :) The best buy automated answering system will attempt to redirect you directly to Samsung in the case of items damaged in delivery.

I upgraded from my Samsung 43" TV to this Samsung 65" QLED and I'm so happy I did. This TV has great color and the picture is like the people are actually in my room. It was very easy to set up. I did purchase a separate stand rather than the legs that came with it. It was super easy to install and provides better stability and can also rotate, although I don't need it to rotate. Highly recommend.

I’m extremely impressed with the Samsung 65” Q6F Series QLED 4K UHD SamsungVision AI Smart TV. The picture quality is outstanding—colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and everything looks incredibly sharp. Whether I'm watching movies, sports, or streaming shows, the QLED display really brings everything to life. The sound quality is also surprisingly good for a TV this thin. Voices are clear, and the built‑in speakers fill the room nicely without needing a soundbar (though it pairs great with one!). The SamsungVision AI features make navigating and adjusting settings super easy. The smart platform feels smooth and quick, and apps load fast. Setup took only a few minutes. Overall, this TV has exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

This screen was worth the difference from the lower level display as the brightness alone is much more obvious is our bright lit room. We still suffer from glare, but it is less negative to the viewing experience. Sound is great, and connecting with our sound bar was simple.

The picture quality is excellent and the sound is clear

When turned on, the TV takes a while to recognize any input from the remote. Picture quality is good, though not as vibrant as an OLED TV. Good for gaming, and I like that it recognizes and turns on gaming consoles when the input is switched. It does give you a headache if you sit too close to it.

Works fine. Sound could be richer... Get a sound bar. Picture is good. I don't see any difference from my old Crystal UHD. It is brighter. Kind of wish I bought an OLED.

Upgraded from an old curved version of another Samsung. Love this TV for its excellent crisp sound, vivid picture quality, and Intuitive menu. It is also a very lightweight TV.

Everything on this tv absolutely amazing picture quality sound without samsung sound bar but recommend adding samsung sound bar with it. When you do get your tv and update it for first time watch youtube clip about resetting samsung home or it will get stuck and not let you add apps. If will take about hour getting operational. Once done works flawlessly.

I purchased My first big screen Samsung 65" QLED 4K UHD in 2014 and enjoyed for many years, all though it was still fine, I decided to upgrade to a new Samsung 75" and love it. I gave the 65" to my son a couple of years ago and a few weeks ago he had a problem... Upon knowing that I bought this New 65" and surprised him... He was so grateful and calls me almost twice a week to tell me he loves the picture of everything he watches...I was happy to find the price was very reasonable and knowing being a Samsung would be enjoyable TV for many years to come... Did I tell you I have Six TV's in my home and all are Samsung, and "knock on wood" never had problems with any of them and the one in my living room is a 2012 3D and still going strong...
