I wasn't satisfied with the sound; it seemed very low. The unit was easy to install and to get going with the app, since we already had a Samsung account. Nice picture too.

I’m extremely impressed with the Samsung 65” Q6F Series QLED 4K UHD SamsungVision AI Smart TV. The picture quality is outstanding—colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and everything looks incredibly sharp. Whether I'm watching movies, sports, or streaming shows, the QLED display really brings everything to life. The sound quality is also surprisingly good for a TV this thin. Voices are clear, and the built‑in speakers fill the room nicely without needing a soundbar (though it pairs great with one!). The SamsungVision AI features make navigating and adjusting settings super easy. The smart platform feels smooth and quick, and apps load fast. Setup took only a few minutes. Overall, this TV has exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

This screen was worth the difference from the lower level display as the brightness alone is much more obvious is our bright lit room. We still suffer from glare, but it is less negative to the viewing experience. Sound is great, and connecting with our sound bar was simple.

I love how easy it is to find a station or a streaming service. The picture is great and not fuzzy. Great sound, also.

Great tv , sharp picture but irritating to use remote.

The picture quality is excellent and the sound is clear

We upgraded from the 65" samsung crystal UHD to the samsung 65" QLED. We immediately saw a difference in picture and clarity. The Crystal uhd is still a great option, but are so happy we upgraded. In the future I will only buy QLED or better. The color is gorgeous and you get much more variety in color variants. The picture is clear and all movies and shows look wonderful. We are very happy with our purchase!

Works fine. Sound could be richer... Get a sound bar. Picture is good. I don't see any difference from my old Crystal UHD. It is brighter. Kind of wish I bought an OLED.

Seriously, this Samsung TV is a game-changer for home entertainment. The picture quality is absolutely stunning, with vibrant colors and incredible detail that really brings everything to life. Everything on this tv absolutely amazing picture quality sound without samsung sound bar but recommend adding samsung sound bar with it. When you do get your tv and update it for first time watch youtube clip about resetting samsung home or it will get stuck and not let you add apps. If will take about hour getting operational. Once done works flawlessly.

I wanted a bigger tv so i got this one. Looks good and works fine was a bit of a hassle to get my older soundbar working with it and the remote but it shouldnt be too hard if you are good with that stuff

Great Samsung quality picture. All of my TVs are Samsung. I continue to purchase this brand for the picture quality and honestly they all function the same so I do not have to learn a new system. The only negative for me is the lag on the Home Screen. It is a little slow and jumpy. This is definitely a Samsung issue because all of my TV’s do the same. This is the only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars.

Picture and sound are both amazing. Added bonus of having free Samsung TV come with the TV.

No problems with hook up or features, easy set up, would prefer a larger remote control with extra keys however
