It took me a couple of days to get things like backlighting and contract right because of how the lighting in my living room, but after that this television is the real deal!!

Great Tv remote and set up requires patience

Only after I insist to speak with a supervisor was I able to get the system voice activation working. Now life is a charm

Of course after getting the television home the resolution looks nothing like the display in the Best Buy store but that was to be expected. My Sony television experience was a let-down because of the inconsistent visual of the 120 Hertz refresh rate. The Samsung Q7 fared better in that category. My biggest problem with the Samsung is the function of Bixby and the remote control. Hate it!
