    ....that our screen had 2 dead pixels in it! Very frustrating, but the Geek Squad techs that wall mounted our screen identified it right away and scheduled us for a new replacement this week. Good customer service!

    It’s cool and all but there was no screen protector to peel off so it felt like I paid retail for a refurb. There are noticeable scratches all over the screen itself. Everything else was great

    Geek Squad suggested soft reboot, which did not work. Then went to hard reboot which did work. Also when first turning on, TV takes a long time to boot up.
