Bought NEW IN BOX SEALED

Bought it on a Friday and didn't mount it until Sunday. When I opened the box and finished setup I realized there was no remote, owners manual, start guide or mounting spacers. I called the store Monday and was told that I could return it but I would be charged for the missing remote. Contacted Samsung and its now May 2. 3 weeks have gone by, I have not received an update or a remote. I cannot complete the setup process without one. Terrible customer service. With the current situation I understand things take longer to do, but 3 weeks and no resolution seems a bit much.

Great Picture but comparability Issues

Picture is way better and makes it a strong reason to get it. Heck even the basic sound is better than the last TV. Where it falls down is with the sound bar integration. The last tv the sound bar was fully integrated with the tv wirelessly. Not so apparently with the new TV! Now Samsung have some new bar out that works but seriously my sound bar from 2 years ago is not compatible wirelessly!!ridiculous in my opinion

Please know that you can connect Bluetooth audio devices to your Q70R TV.
Go to Home>Settings> Sound> Sound Output> Bluetooth Speaker List
They must be paired using the TV's Bluetooth function.
For more information on pairing, refer to the Bluetooth audio device's operating manual.
If the TV fails to find a Bluetooth audio device, place the device closer to the TV, and then select Refresh.
When you turn on a paired Bluetooth audio device, the TV detects it automatically, and then displays a pop-up window. Use this pop-up window to activate/deactivate the Bluetooth audio device.
