    Unhappy with Samsung! They told me 14 days before they would send me new remote. I believe it was Chris at Best Buy that got me a new remote a day later. Way to go Best Buy!

    Sound kept cutting in and out after about a year. Best Buy replace the soundcard and it was still having the problem. I would've rated it lower but Best Buy is refunding my money on this TV toward the purchase of a fairly high-end Sony. This is my second Samsung TV. The first one the screen died after six months. I advise you to check out Consumer Reports and look at the reliability issues surrounding Samsung TVs.

    Overall the TV works great. But there seems to be a common hiccup where the TV switches itself back on shortly after being switched of. A minor nuisance.
