There is no quick way to save and switch between display settings like contrast and brightness. You can control the volume, brightness, etc from the Samsung phone app or Amazon Alexa, BUT YOU CANNOT TURN THE TV ON! You can only turn it on with the remote or power button on the TV itself. My LG and Vizio TV from 5+ years ago do this! If the TV goes in to Ambient Mode, it plays SOUNDS WHICH YOU CANNOT DISABLE! If you have wireless speakers, they will stop playing music and switch to the stupid Ambient sounds. There are ads embedded in the menu system. Why does my $1000 TV have ADS? Customer support is useless, they just tell you basic and irrelevant information over and over and refuse to actually respond to your questions or issues.

Geek Squad installed this tv with an existing setup (previous tv mounted and wires in the wall) with a new mount. Geek Squad left with all the wires hanging outside the wall and told me, get this, it was not legal to feed the wires back into the wall. I also paid for surround sound (whole house sound) to be set up. They said they did not know how to do this, I called several times for follow up and no return calls. Disappointed in Stafford, VA Geek Squad as we had the same set up in another state where we moved from and we could not have been happier with the service and set up.

I am very sorry to see that you are not happy with image quality.
There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings, allowing you to adjust images to your liking:
1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments, like in retail stores
2) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
4) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.

Everyone says they love the full array display but when I plays game on it there are so many lighting issues that I refuse to deal with. I'm just going to wait until they get it right.

I think it really elevates the look of our living room. But, the AI built in to the Samsung devices (Bixby) is horrific. Does not work when you want it and turns itself on when you don't want it.

Thank you for choosing the 65" Samsung QLED Q70R TV and bringing your concerns to our attention.
For better voice control, we recommend you to turn off the far field mic setting and use the mic button on the remote instead.
To stop Bixby from activating itself, please go thru the following steps to make sure the far field mic is turned off:
1. Short press the mic button on the remote to get the Bixby Settings page.
2. Go to Explore Now > Settings > Voice Wake-Up > Select Off
