Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had my doubts almost left it when I saw it come to my car being having no box wrapped up in bubble wrap missing the remote and feet,was able to order the original package kit for $89,TV came with no scratches or dings after it was all set up no one would ever know it was a open box or no box TV,and for under $800 invested in it that's half price if I would buy it new now

Bad smart system

The quality was great and sound was amazing. Felt like I had my Bose speaker connected. However my common use for the TV is casting YouTube videos. Took about 30 secs on average to change between videos. Netflix did switch videos fast. I have a learning app called Plural Sight and the cast icon didn't appear. Checked for updates but nothing to update. Powered off TV, unplugged for 30 secs and no luck. Contacted Samsung support agent through chat and their feedback at first was "it's normal for 4k tv". Had to mention I work in IT and have a Sony 4K UHD TV and no issues there for this agent to take me a bit more serious. Agent collected my info for feedback to Tech team. I still haven't receive any email or call following up. Since that was a disaster my best chance was to return that tv and pay additional money for transport since I live in the city. Ended up buying the Sony X950G. No issues with that TV (Plural sight cast icon appears and YouTube videos change within 1 sec as expected). Also, I was going to buy the Sony X900F at first since I had the X900E already at home but Best Buy agent convinced me to buy the Samsung for same price. I was convinced and regretted that decision. Also learned afterwards the Best Buy agent was a Samsung expert so that kind of explains it. My advice, do your homework at home, see live picture in store and commit. Maybe the TV I bought had a flaw but doesn't make sense since Netflix was working. Also, bad Samsung support!
