TV is great

They never hooked up my headphones and when I called a Tech Specialist, they were absolutely no help. That is after I was disconnected numerous times after I was put on hold. Very disappointing and not worth paying for technical support. Never again!

Good TV with some disadvantages

I expect Samsung to improve the software but the picture quality and the HDR setups are good for a evenly lit room. Would not recommend having a light next to the tv or behind a wall as it has bad reflection handling. Also, the viewing angles are not that great as there is a significant difference between sitting diagonally and sitting straight to view. Recommend viewing straight.

The Perfect TV

The motion quality is amazing and we are very pleased with the QLED. The operating system is seem less and ideal for Apple product utility. Everything about this TV has been so great, I highly recommend.

Great Television

I went to the store at Destiny Mall multiple times to ask questions. Everyone of the associates were very helpful. The purchase was for a birthday gift and so far we are very happy with the product and the installation. Kudos to the teamwork at Destiny Mall Best Buy!

We had a great experience with the Geek Squad in their delivery & set up of the TV & the sound bar that we bought at the same time. They showed up when they were supposed to, set up the TV, & showed us how everything worked. It was a great experience, & the TV is wonderful, everything we thought it would be!!

Perfect gift for family

We ordered it online and had it delivered to their home before Christmas. They were using a very old flat screen TV about 10 yrs old. They love this updated Smart TV, especially for their small children. Great buy!
