Very good picture but the dark/black areas on the picture screen seem overly dark. Also sound quality could be better.

This was a gift to myself, I decided that if I was going to get a TV it was going to be the one I wanted. I love it, the picture is beautiful and since it's a smart TV, all of my apps I use are on it, which is awesome because I don't use cable so this is perfect for me. I'm so glad I got it.

Samsung quality,nice picture and sound. Updates automatically and works with smart things.

We have not purchased a new TV in more than 10 years. We knew nothing about the new smart TV's. The sales person took time to answer all of our questions so that we could understand the newest technology with the tv and sound bar. We are thrilled that we purchased our new tv at Best Buy.

Wanted something that had better black levels than what I had. Not quite as good as OLED but still pretty good.

I purchased this tv to replace my older 55" Samsung. The colors are really good and picture quality is amazing.

Easy set up, good picture for money. Did not have in store, received free delivery within 3 days of purchase!

I was a bit disappointing with the bixby voice controls but otherwise the TV is excellent and a great value.

Won't know exactly how well it will work for us because we need to get updated Fios equipment in order to take advantage of the resolution. Wish we had known that when we purchased the TV. Could have had that upgrade done before techs arrived to do the install. The installation technicians were great.

It’s a bit complicated to operate but it has a great picture and sound! And that’s all that really matters.

Very satisfied with this TV. Set up was easy, the only drawback was the HDMI ARC didn't work well with speaker amplifier in the beginning, had to power cycle several times to refresh TV's memory. Seems this TV has some problem to automatically detect peripheral devices.

Still learning how to use the tiny remote but overall very satisfied with the QLED picture and operation.

I love this television. When looking for the "perfect tv" we did a lot of research and this amazing Q70 was the best bang for your buck. It has all the apps and features you need and more! I say more because a really awesome perk is the avaliable "wallpapers" this television has.

Overall, a great television. My only complaint is the user interface. Picture quality is fabulous.

I bought this TV for my PS4 pro. The HDR feature is way better than any other TV I had before. This real 4K resolution bring my gaming experience to another level. Game mode feature automatically turned on when it detects your gaming console.

Purchased this because my old Samsung died (speaker and LEDs) in less than 3 years. It does not have analog audio output which makes it impossible to plug in my headphones. I could not find a converter that works. ALso, I was using the digital audio to connect with my sound bar. It has Bluetooth, but the audio is delayed. Difficult to enable the TV to transmit to two audio sources at the same time unless one was the TV speakers.

During the COVID-19 debacle, I ordered this TV online from Best Buy and the price and delivery were great. I received exactly what I ordered quickly, and the delivery team was excellent. They were on time and helped move this big TV into my doorway. I self installed.

We bought this on sale. It’s great TV with a really nice picture. The speakers are good too. I expected to buy a sound bar, but after hearing this tv, I’m not sure if we need them. I’m not a big fan of the Samsung apps, but I don’t use them as I have a Roku anyway.
