There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings that can optimize image quality to your viewing scenario.
Go to HOME > SETTINGS > PICTURE > PICTURE MODE and choose:
1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments, like in retail stores
2) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
4) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.

Then we saw this Model in Best-Buy - Vernon Hills and decided to buy this. Really Service is excellent at Best-Buy Vernon Hills, I appreciate the the person who dealt with us. Once we got it set up, it's been great!!!! My last TV, which I pasted on to my son, is a Samsung 46" LCD purchased 11 years ago. Never had a problem with it, but being that old it wasn't WIFI ready.

Game mode is truly emersive, even when the output is 1080p. Tv can get really bright or dark. Wish the remote had more features and buttons to access content easier and seamlessly.

When it did, we had done our research and could make the purchase easy. The techs in the store and the techs that delivered were all outstanding!

The picture is dark and the picture is blurry when someone is running. I would have thought technology would have improved several years later. You need to buy the higher end Samsung q80 and above if you want to enjoy picture quality. I wanted to buy the Samsung q80 but Best Buy kept telling me they could ship it to me from another store, Best Buy then said they stop making them. I could never get a customer first response. I wouldn’t buy again. The only reason I never returned the tv was because of all this coronavirus pandemic. I wanted to spend more money on the tv I wanted but nobody ever went above and beyond to help order me the tv I wanted. It was available at other stores but I couldn’t get Best Buy to have it shipped to my house or store. I found out my picture has to much light reflection we can’t enjoy the picture during the day. I wish a Best Buy employee would have educated me on that after we had a conversation. My six year old tv doesn’t have light reflection. Overall I give it a 3 out of 10.
