Did my research on QLED and OLED and ended up buying a QLED instead since my room is very very bright. The brightness on this TV is incredible, without compromising the picture, the blacks stay really black, and the whites are super bright. Watched some 4K HDR content, and the TV really shines through. The Full Array Dimming Zones make a huge difference, it has 48 zones in total, it isn't close to what the Q90R has, but it is more than adequate, and gets the job done beautifully, at a much lesser price, I don't know of any other advantages the Q90 has over this set other than more dimming zones. Did I mention the colors are amazing? They are. Fios still doesn't have any 4K content, similar to other cable companies at the moment, but the TV does a very good job at upscaling the image, image will look similar to your high end Full HD set, but with much much better color reproduction, ultra black and whites and most likely a bigger yet lighter TV, mine is 65', and it weighs less than my old 50' Samsung that it replaced. I can't talk about the sound as I use an external receiver for that, but the built in speakers did get very loud in a very large room. Be sure you have high end HDMI cables to get everything out of what the TV can do, especially if you will be watching HDR content. I recommend the TV in case you were still wondering, I ended up rewatching some shows that have a lot of dark scenes like Game of Thrones, and I am amazed. If you think this is expensive, I recommend looking at the Q8F which this is very comparable to, except you should be able to find the Q8F at a lower price. The only thing I didn't like about the TV is that Samsung does not supply the screws needed if you want to mount it on the wall, you will need to buy the M8 41-43 cm screws on your own, but this is not an issue if you aren't mounting this on the wall, bad from Samsung, but has nothing to do with the TV itself.

I immediately notice the difference in the quality of the picture from our previous 5-year-old Samsung. I like the sleek new, slimmer frame, that makes it look so elegant. I’m not really tech savvy but this TV was definitely user-friendly. I never notice the subtle differences, and since the last TV was from the same company, full hd led, and almost the same size, I did not expect to notice a difference. I spend a lot of time on youtube and the last TV was not a smart TV. I was able to easily connect my tablet to the TV and totally upgrade my viewing experience. Prior to this, the same thing required me to connect my tablet to the TV via a wire, which is not that convenient. I watch a lot of make-up tutorials and let me tell you, it looks a million times better on a 65” QLED. I also like to record little videos and it has been fun being able to record them while simultaneously viewing it on the TV. The picture quality is very vibrant, and clear. The colors are very crisp. It makes you feel like you’re right there. I notice everything know, mostly bad make-up jobs (lol), that I would not have noticed before. My mom says I’m lazy because I use the Bixby on the remote when I want to look up something, or I’m trying to find something on tv to watch. I just speak into the remote and VIOLA! Everything comes to me. Overall this TV is beautiful. My only gripe is that it does not have those 3 inputs (you know, the red, yellow, and white). I have an old Wii that I loved to play on the old big screen but I’m not able to play on this one. Apparently, there is a converter for that so this is just minor. I would definitely recommend this TV to others.

Screen broken in two month

Got this tv less than two month. Best Buy geek squad team are bad at customer service Take for ever to come out and fix. Give them one month. Elite plus member at Best Buy. Maybe in future I will get electronics stuff somewhere else

No DTS Support

I can't play none of the movies that i have in my external HDD which has DTS codec. No SOUND only video with the message of "No audio data supported". After doing lot of research, i found that Samsung no longer support DTS codec. This leaves not choice of Samsung TVs unless Samsung decides to upgrade DTS support in new firmware. My 2015 Samsung TV UN65H7150AF plays all the movies with DTS codec but not this 2019 TV. This is very big disappointment. I called samsung support twice but the technical does not have clue about it. The solution that they gave me was to google internet software and convert DTS to Dolby Digital or any samsung supported Codec ... what ?? really.. Grow up Samsung ..

Worst TV I've ever owned

This is a complete downgrade from the KS8500 that came out in 2016. No one connect box making it impossible to plug new devices in after mounting. The VRR does not work at all. And all devices that I try to hook up with adapters like and original Xbox or PS2 do not register on the TV. This is an absolute piece of trash from Samsung. Save your money and buy an OLED from LG or Sony instead. Stay as far as you can from this set.

Motion problem

Anytime I watch action movies it can't seem to keep up with the motion. Explosions and other fast motions seem to make the screen pixelate like crazy. I have a 7 year old 55" that blows this 65" out of the water. I guess once you're known to produce a quality product you can do away with the quality and let your name do the selling.

Please check that you have the latest firmware update on the TV (Ver. 1335.0).
For how-to instructions on downloading the update, please visit:  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062224/
In addition, please:
1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.
4) Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > General. Then, select Network > Network Status. The network status test will finish and show the status of your network connection.
If the test concludes that the unit needs service, please contact us via any of the following options:
