Although with the coro a virus situation, I think my window of having any issues addressed will be out of date. It was an open box buy. Which means someone returned it. The salesman told me all they do to test it is to turn it on. When I looked at it, it was on, so I got to see the fact it worked and the pucture quality. However, there are a couple things I watched that don't look right. So I'm not sure where the issue is. Overall, I'm very happy with this TV and would recommend it highly!
