    Hard to watch fast paced movies and shows. Not sure how to change picture quality or set up. plus sound bar hard to use with this TV. I bought tv from salesperson who said sound was great with TV alone. No better then TV I had. plus had to wait two weeks for delivery and no set up from delivery.

    I think this is a good tv. Great results, etc. Only reason i didn't get 5 stars is because there were couple rare times when i'd press the power button, but there were delays with the tv turning on. Felt like it got freezed so i had to unplug and plug back in and restart.

    Samsung is hard to beat for the gaming community when it comes to tvs. Turning game mode off seems to be better, that way I can customize the settings how I want.

    It was just serendipity that I purchased a 65 in. TV right before lock down. I’m not much of a television watcher but with this TV it’s even fun to watch the horrific news.

    This tv is awesome. The sales team was awesome. So helpful. Kevin knows his products and all their settings thinks. Very impressed. The entire process was painless. So happy

    Bought the universal remote by logic as was suggested . Actually, wished I had never bought the remote. The sound bar isn’t working with the remote , don’t know my way Around the tv and the remote , regretting getting this because it’s messed up .

      I am very sorry for the issues you have encountered with the remote included in your Q70R TV package.

      The TV remote can control other devices via CEC or Universal remote function using IR.
      Please try the following steps to setup your TV remote to control other devices.
      Press Home > Navigate to Source > Then navigate all the way to the right to Universal Remote.
      As the IR blaster is located in the TV IR receiver module, where the Samsung logo is, please be sure to clear any obstacles that may deflect or block the signal from TV back to the controlled device.

    This is my first Samsung TV. I usually buy Sony but one of my son's runs a home automation business and told me about the quality Samsung has and I'm so glad I believed him!

    It's a nice picture but has issues after a while. The screen will start glitching and the screen will start showing tra ers for all objects that move on the screen. I can't really return it because it comes and goes.

    All of the installers were professional and courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have them come and set my TV up for my use. I would highly recommend them in the future

    I purchased this TV but a I had not received it yet the sent me three email beforegarding my schedule appointment and made me wait from 12 to 6 but no one showed up

    TV is incredible and so is the staff. I checked out the T V probably 10 times and I always learned new stuff about the TV that helped me make my decision. Thanks Best Buy.

    This TV is good buy. It was an emergency purchase the day after Christmas due to a controller hitting the old one :) overall happy with set up and picture. This replaced a 6 year old Samsung and I’m surprised that the picture quality isn’t drastically better than the older model.

    This is a good TV with good features for the money. I exchanged it for a Sony that has essentially same features and quality although I decided to purchase the Sony due to a good history with my Sony's as opposed to Samsung.

    Installer had some difficulties with attaching the cable box to the back of the TV so it would be out of site but was quickly over come. Very good installation. Thank you.

    Personally I can not understand all the positive reviews! I am so unhappy with this purchase. There is so much blur and judder I am completely annoyed throughout any show or movie. Even a simple wave of a hand is blurry and skips. This really blows me a way that with all the technology Samsung has not been able to resolve this problem. After doing plenty of research I have found suggestions to help improve the blur and judder but this only resulted in very minor improvements and lessened the picture quality. I am so unhappy and wish I never bought this TV. The only positive is that the 4K does give amazing picture quality and high definition but unless you are planning to watch only still images I would never recommend this TV.

      I am very sorry to see that you are experiencing blur and judder issue with your Samsung Q70R TV.
      Have you tried adjusting the Auto Motion Plus?
      Here is the quick guide:
      1) With the TV powered on, press the Home button on the Samsung remote to open the Home screen
      2) Then select Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus Settings

      3) Then you will see the following three options:
      a) Off: Auto Motion Plus will always be off
      b) Auto: Auto Motion Plus will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      c) Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used
      4) By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings:
      a) Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting
      b) Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting
      c) LED Clear Motion: Select to turn On/Off
