Those speakers and pictures were excellent. Now, after work, school, and training; I can relax and watch something on that TV. Delivery was great too! Terry

Very pronounced shudder or glitch occasionally. After reading more reviews, this model got much better ratings. It is a much better picture and it still has a slight shudder but after reading some tech reports and customizing the settings, it rarely happens and is mostly non-existent. Did have a small issue linking the remote, and navigating the remote.

Very impressed, we upgraded from a 2013 to this 2021, & I was suprised on how thin it actually was! The detail and quality of the images is jaw dropping, its like your really there. Would highly recommend to anyone interested!

However, we have noticed to black ovals appearing at the bottom of the screen several times, not always but maybe two days out of seven days. the black ovals will stay on the TV for several hours then go away. I am hoping they are gone for ever now but will keep Geek Squad informed of any future occurrences.

The TV was packed very well and very easy to set up. The only complaint I have is that we can’t download other apps that we have used over the years.
