    Before purchasing my QLED TV I visited the Best Buy store numerous times and spoke with sales staff regarding this product. They were extremely helpful and patient with me as I am not tech savvy. After their consultation, I purchased this fantastic TV. I love it. Thank you Best Buy

    I'm still learning the features and how to use them. So far the TV is great. I am having trouble getting my TV to play sound from my DVD player. I think it's due to only one ARC port and I already have it being used for my soundbar. I may have to opt for the optical cord on the soundbar and the DVD player via the ARC port if I can't find a work around.

    Outstanding display once adjusted to my likeness with no complaints at this time. Always have good luck with Samsung when you upgrade to a better model and spend the extra money to do so.
