    Before purchasing my QLED TV I visited the Best Buy store numerous times and spoke with sales staff regarding this product. They were extremely helpful and patient with me as I am not tech savvy. After their consultation, I purchased this fantastic TV. I love it. Thank you Best Buy

    I'm still learning the features and how to use them. So far the TV is great. I am having trouble getting my TV to play sound from my DVD player. I think it's due to only one ARC port and I already have it being used for my soundbar. I may have to opt for the optical cord on the soundbar and the DVD player via the ARC port if I can't find a work around.

    Everything was great from the delivery to the set up. The tech that came out and set it up was spot on man. knew exactly what he was doing and in an out. even gave him a nice tip.
