Overall satisfied, very high picture quality indeed.

Good resolution and user experience, the sound is a little low, maybe you need another external speaker.

I purchased two Samsung TV’s. Very helpful sales people. It was busy both times I came us so it took some time to get assistance but that was to be expected. Prices were very fair and the product is great.

I bought a Samsung 65” TV and surround system from an online representative, he was very helpful, and it was price protected through Black Friday sales. I picked it up in the store and it was perfect. We love it.

Great tv. Also has 4 2.1 hdmi so u can game in 4k 120. Also it has a Samsung channel with duck dynasty 24/7 365. It’s all I watch. And it’s a Samsung so it’s already great.

It was a very good experience. Even though the store was flooded with holiday shoppers, I was in and out with the help of a great team at Best Buy.

i will never buy another Samsung product again. my tv is about 2 1/2 yrs old. i spent 6 wks trying to get them to come out. they farm out their work. The guy that did the work basically replaced 1 of 2 boards in the rear. Ran out the door and didn't stay to see if it worked right. He had to come back and was saying he was going to charge me. NO WAY- He came bcak and replaced the other board, which meant he gave me an all new tv except for the screen. Just a few weeks ago my screen started to go on me. I had best buy come in to look at it. they had to replace the screen, and when they put the new one in it didn't work( thanks again Samsung). so i have an appointment next tuesday for another screen. Hopefully this will work. If it doesn't and Bestbuy gives me a runaround i'll be livid !!

Great TV with some very nice features. I really enjoy the fast rate of processing with accessing apps and streaming shows. The app selection is robust and full. Screen capabilities and color are vivid and detailed

Nice middle of the road display. You can flip it vertical for reading code and it works great. Great buy!

I love the different streaming abilities this TV has. And Alexa built-in, I can change the channel, turn it on or switch streaming services from my kitchen!

Amazing TV, fast, great graphics, can change a ton of settings, has a lot of great features overall, but certainly recommend getting a soundbar with it

Great video. Remote control buttons do not give consistent results. Home button sometimes displays recently used apps and sometimes it doesn't. Holding down on the program select button sometimes displays the first local channel and other times it displays a Samsung channel.

We've had this TV a little over a year now and it's been great.

Highly recommend! I love the HD quality! The coloring is vibrant and it is apparent in comparison to the previously model. Curiosity of my children I have had the last three model of this tv!

Great picture but poor sound quality from the tv unless a soundbar is involved! Not the best Samsung Drvice I own unfortunately. I f you can buy better I would.
