Great picture quality and sound, however its thinness makes it very difficult to move and hang up. Dreading the day we move again.

I bought a Samsung 65” TV and surround system from an online representative, he was very helpful, and it was price protected through Black Friday sales. I picked it up in the store and it was perfect. We love it.

I purchased two Samsung TV’s. Very helpful sales people. It was busy both times I came us so it took some time to get assistance but that was to be expected. Prices were very fair and the product is great.

Great tv. Also has 4 2.1 hdmi so u can game in 4k 120. Also it has a Samsung channel with duck dynasty 24/7 365. It’s all I watch. And it’s a Samsung so it’s already great.

Already have very large pixel burns going up the middle of the screen (two sections) and bright pixel streaks shooting up from the bottom. TV is not even 3 years old. Totally overpriced considering its longevity (or lack of). Also, wasn't overly impressed with the picture – and the UI is very bloated and clunky. Menus and apps move at a snails pace making them almost unusable. Could have tolerated the tv's shortcomings had the picture not crapped-out in less than 3 years. Very disappointed with the purchase and wouldnt recommend this tv to anyone.

It was a very good experience. Even though the store was flooded with holiday shoppers, I was in and out with the help of a great team at Best Buy.

Good resolution and user experience, the sound is a little low, maybe you need another external speaker.

Great TV with some very nice features. I really enjoy the fast rate of processing with accessing apps and streaming shows. The app selection is robust and full. Screen capabilities and color are vivid and detailed

Great video. Remote control buttons do not give consistent results. Home button sometimes displays recently used apps and sometimes it doesn't. Holding down on the program select button sometimes displays the first local channel and other times it displays a Samsung channel.

I love the different streaming abilities this TV has. And Alexa built-in, I can change the channel, turn it on or switch streaming services from my kitchen!

Amazing TV, fast, great graphics, can change a ton of settings, has a lot of great features overall, but certainly recommend getting a soundbar with it

Nice middle of the road display. You can flip it vertical for reading code and it works great. Great buy!

Highly recommend! I love the HD quality! The coloring is vibrant and it is apparent in comparison to the previously model. Curiosity of my children I have had the last three model of this tv!

Elizabeth was very helpful. She does not usually work that area, but she dove right in and answered my questions. When she didn’t have the answer she looked it up or asked someone else.

Great picture but poor sound quality from the tv unless a soundbar is involved! Not the best Samsung Drvice I own unfortunately. I f you can buy better I would.
