Issues with New Samsung TV

There is a new issue with dialogue in the background and the sound disappears during commercials. There are too many issues and I don't know if it's a Samsung issue or a Spectrum issue!?!

Screen Issues

A Samsung tech replaced the screen at no cost and told me this was a rare issue. The TV was fixed, but the same issue happened this time on the left side of the screen in less than a year after being fixed. Now, since the warranty expired, Samsung will charge me for fixing this. Most likely, I will not buy another Samsung TV going forward. Frustrated with the product.

Back light issues after 10 months

By January 2025, half of the screen went dim and Samsung was charging $800 or more for repair. I have a lower quality Samsung TV that has lasted many years so I am hesitant to upgrade to the better models. I will never buy open box items again.

Exchanged for another brand

Seems there is a very common problem with the audio input switching back to TV from HDMI earc. Everytime we would turn the TV on the next day it would be back on TV Speaker and would be almost impossible to get it back to HDMI without unplugging the cable. I will say that Best Buy was awesome and picked up the tv and delivered a Sony which has worked perfectly. Kudos to Best Buy!
