    Nice tv...No boxing what so ever..Tv was wrapped in bubble wrap..Initially there was no remote included, but the sales person was able to source one for me..Tv is working very well so far

    Love this TV. Looks great mounted on the wall. The newer remote is sleeker (I originally had the 2019 model). Sound quality is not as great as older models, I’m guessing this is because of how thin the actual tv is.

    It's decent for what it is. Not great at rendering fast images but not everybody needs or cares about that. My one major (to me) gripe is the Samsung operating system insists on defaulting to playing SamsungTV Plus content whenever TV is awoken/powered on. I worked with Samsung support on issue, but the problem persists. I get the feeling it's a "feature, not a bug". Fix your code, not everyone wants content (w/ commericals) playing automatically.
