    Love the tv. Had to pick it up in Goleta the guy at the desk said it wouldn’t fit in my car and didn’t budge to help me. I measured my car and went back in to tell him it would fit. He still didn’t budge lucky a young man who wheeled it out to my car helped me lift it in upright and off I went. Customer service disappointed

    I had amazing people not only help me pick out the t.v but also a week later price match when it went on sale. Sale, purchase, phone question on price match and price match at customer service. Simple easy no hassle. Delivery took just abit to long 4 extra wait days. Someone got sick but they were sic so stuff happens

    Its a good step up from the Q60D, hopefully it will last longer than 18 months. I like Samsung Tvs however their longevity, reliabilty and customer service needs a lot of improvement.

    Was lucking finding this tv at almost half off at the Pineville Outlet. It was an excellent condition. The quality of the screen for movies, sports, and gaming amazing. Online apps are incredible
