    Amazing, I would not give you any stars if I could. I bought this as a present for my daughter. It was to arrive October 16th....instead I received a notice my package went to Ohio not my address...I waited on hold for 1hr and NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE TO FIELD MY COMPLAINT. So another ride to the store. The Manager made no attempt to help me what so ever and pawned it off on Cate at the register. Then I have to talk to Diamond, yes his real name in Central America...to re-ship my item next week. I M done with this store, their lack of character and mishaps. Last month I bought a new TV and AV equipment they dropped the ball on. So much for Eliot Status, its empty words with this Company.

    I am in month 3 of ownership at this point the tv picture was great until my tv developed a dead pixel and horizontal banding. Perhaps I just purchased a tv with a bad panel but mine is broke and for a $1400 tv the quality is not there

    For a $1200 tv vs my samsung thats 3 yrs older. This tv is definitely a set back. The colors don’t give the picture justice because samsung thought its better to light the pixels from the side than from the back. Definitely a bad move. My 800 series i bought in 2016 is way better than this crap.

    I cannot say enough good things about this TV! From the beginning, it was very easy to remove from the packaging (which held up great during shipping) and set up. The initial start up was quick, and allowed me to add the apps i use. There are so many apps to choose from on this Smart TV! It even offers its own channel line up! The picture and graphics are beyond beautiful, it makes you feel like you are in the show! I have already told family and friends that they need to upgrade!!! I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback

    For the price its pretty bad. Black reproduction is poor bad and worst than that light bleed coming from each corner of the screen during dark scenes is pretty significant.

    TV is garbage and Samsung support is awful. I bought this TV in February of 2021 and have had nothing but issues, now November of 2021 they refuse to honor the warranty saying it is beyond the 1 year standard warranty. This is of course untrue, but they won't accept the email receipts I received from Best Buy. Until Best Buy and Samsung figure out their backend systems I would not recommend buying any Samsung product from Best Buy unless you don't want a warranty.

    Tv sound is not adequate for hard of hearing even at max volume. ‘Experts’ all say need sound bar. Why do I have spend hundreds of dollars when tv so expensive.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q70T TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the volume of your TV. One possible cause for the low volume is the source. Some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low.

      We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
      Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.

      You may also want to select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q70T TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing connection issues each time you turn your TV off. A firmware update is available which may help improve your connection.

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.

      You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    We had this TV for only 1 yr 3 months when we got a line thru the bottom of the screen. It got worse. Geek squad said it could not be fixed and had to be replaced. Unfortunately it was 3 months after the 1 yr warranty expired . I did not buy a extended warranty . $1,100 christmas present for me and my husband. :(

    Blacks are very poor. Tv quit working core fly in three days. Returned for a Sony. There is no comparison.

    Job was not complete.. programming was not done. I purchased it... made an appointment to have my tv programmed... Best Buy never showed.

    Horrible Lip Sync with Charter Spectrum. Worse when hooked up to a Samsung Soundbar with optical cable. Adjustments made it closer, but not exactly correct. Able to get closer with TV speaker since audio delay adjustments are by 10. Soundbar is by 25. Ended up using optical from cable box directly to soundbar. Now movies need to be played through TV speaker and not take advantage of soundbar.

      Please know that our 2020 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.

      To activate this feature on 2020 TVs, go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through

    I asked the salesman for a tv that would work with my Sonos arc. He suggested the Samsung Q70T 65” QLED. Even though is has earc hdmi it is not compatable with Sonos arc.By the time I found this out it was too late to exchange it for one that would work. Now I have a TV and Speaker that are not compatable thanks to Best Buy.

      I am very sorry you are experiencing trouble connecting your Q70T to your Sonos Arc soundbar. Please be sure you are using a high-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet Channel sometimes called HDMI HEC cable. Also be sure to enable HDMI-eARC in the Expert Settings menu. Lastly, please also verify that you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    TV quit working on day 31. Picture looks fake looking and then the tv kept shutting off. BB would not let me return bc it had been longer than 14 days! I had to make 25 calls to Samsung over a period of 7 days to finally get them to give me an exchange no refund. So I went with a Sony instead and I am so glad!
