My experience with phenomenal from the online process to the in person customer service. They had my product there on time and it was very helpful, but I will continue to shop at Best Buy because they always have what I need. I always get Samsung products because they have the best picture, quality and reliability out of all the TVs. I am a Samsung loyalist.

This TV is a great mid-range option at a very reasonable price. The picture is clear and vivid, and the OS works fast. I was looking for an upgrade beyond the basic models without breaking the bank, including good support for my Xbox, and this model offers great bang for the buck.

I bought a Samsung QLED TV, Samsung soundbar, Insignia surge protector, wall mount, and a Total membership from Best Buy in Gresham, OR. I had zero knowledge about these products, but the salesperson was very patient and helpful. He took time to answer all my questions and helped me find the best options within my budget. The staff also stayed late and kindly helped me load everything into my car. Now I have a great setup at home, and I’m very happy with my experience. Thank you to the Best Buy team!

I LOVE the picture. The resolution is so clear. It is DEFINITELY a Smart TV. Thank God I don't have to try and navigate a Firestick. I purchased the exact same TV in September. Planning to purchase 2 more. EXACT SAME TV. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT??

First tv of this size and so far it is very good, the only thing I don’t like about it is the automatic Samsung tv+ starting, figured out how to stop it and it’s better

We upgraded from a black friday deal tv from 2019 to this one. This has been fantastic! Setting it up and getting all of our subscripitions set up and entered all at once! Great quality, great sound. No complaints thus far!

Vibrant picture color. Very easy to use remote and features on the tv. I would recommend this put in family room and the viewing angles are good from every side. Sound has excellent quality. Brightness is great.

This QLED TV is so bright, I’m convinced it’s secretly trying to compete with the sun for dominance in my living room. The colors are so explosive, my goldfish thought it was a rival and tried to fight the reflection. Honestly, every time I turn it on, I feel like I should be wearing sunglasses and charging admission at the door.

The colors on this model is very vibrant. I’ve enjoyed the new home design way nicer then my 2023 model. I just cast stay away for a Samsung TV.

I purchased this TV at a fair price and it works like a charm. It has great picture quality, great sound and beautiful color. I would definitely recommend this TV.
