    I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH WORK PERFORMED BY GEEK SQUAD.. THE INSTALLER WAS EXCELLENT IN EXPLAINING HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULTS IN SOUND AND PICTURE AND NEVER RUSHED ME WHEN I HAD A QUESTION. BEST BUY SHOULD HAVE MORE INSTALLERS LIKE HIM. DEFINITELY A 10+ EMPLOYEE.

    The tv does exactly what I expected. It was easy to set up. It replaced an old tv that did not have Prime or Netflix which I wanted to watch. The picture is ok but not as sharp as the more expensive models. The sound is fine. I am enjoying this tv and I thought the price was good. This tv is in my bedroom.

    I read about OLED vs QLED. I asked around for suggested brands and I consulted Consumer Reports. I did quite a bit of reading and research before I chose this TV. I was not disappointed. The picture is bright and the high def really looks like.
