We bought this TV for our family room and have been enjoying it since we got it out of the box and set it up. That has become my family's new favorite room and the TV that everyone wants to watch movies and shows on.

I have been very pleased with the purchase of my Samsung 65" QLED TV. My upgrade to a 4K Smart TV is quite the improvement over my previous TV. My only complaint would the pressure from the sales person to purchase a different higher grade TV out of my price range.

I like the tv fine, but there is no way to connect to my hearing aid streamer. there is no optical (formerly known as "audio out") port needed to connect to my streamer. I didn't even think to check for a connection, since I'm so used to having one for the last 15 years. I'm going to have to exchange this tv for another. Seems Samsung is the only company that doesn't have an optical output. For those who don't know (like me, before), "optical" is for a fiberoptic cable. I'm told it carries the audio or video signal, to whatever component you attach. Steven and JJ, the installers extraordinaire, performed all kinds of magic trying to get this to work for me, but we finally had to give up.

Very happy with this TV. Great picture, great features, and much better sound through my home theater system than my previous Samsung TV.

Picture is very nice. We love enjoy our movie nights just a bit more. It looks like you are right there with the people in the tv. Looks like you can touch them lol. Oh hubby place video games on it and looks good to

this TV is awesome in TRU-VIBRANT COLORS; specified as stated/ have ALEXA built in/ and remote control is small but totally controls everything even the cable box. totall great TV to have/ sound quality is perfeect have its own bass/trble and balance control plus additonal features.

I purchased this TV at a fair price and it works like a charm. It has great picture quality, great sound and beautiful color. I would definitely recommend this TV.

So in love with this tv. Found out the remote can be charged by a c type charger or putting it under light to have it solar charge rather the replacing batteries. Also paired with my samsung phone and i can control the tv anywhere i am at. The picture quality is excellent.

I’ve owned several Samsung TVs over the years. This one by far is the best one I’ve owned. The picture quality is amazing. I love how I get to stream all my shows on all the apps that I like.

Nice TV , easy to set up, mostly use to watch you tube stuff while working. Great picture , easy to get around with remote. less than $500 cant go wrong , plus its a Samsung
