We were unsure which specific model of Samsung we wanted but she went through all of the specifics and showed us the smaller version of what we wanted to get an idea. She helped us finalize our decision and was super knowledgeable and sweet. We just had our TV delivered this morning because it would not fit in our vehicle, by the very strong Samuel. Easy peasy! Thank you all, we are stoked!

Good sound quality though. I love Samsungs but this time, I think I should have gotten the LG. I let the rep talk me into the Samsung. Not a bad tv for the money and it being a 65 inch.
