My TV suddenly went out one evening while watching a movie. I did some research on new Samsung TVs. It had been several years since I purchased one and needed to "catch up" on what is now offered with new technology. I wanted a middle of the road TV cost wise and did not want to spend a lot but I didn't want the cheapest one either. I promised the sales person, Shane (I believe that is the name), that I would provide a positive review from my experience at Best Buy. Shane was in the department and led me right to the Q7 which is the one I had decided on prior to my arrival. We discussed the difference between this TV and the difference between the Q7 and the UHD (lesser cost). I believe I made the right decision in this purchase. Within minutes, the TV was at the checkout, they loaded the unit in my car and I was on my way. Shane was great, very professional, communicated well and overall awesome customer service. Very good experience.

This 65” TV has been a fantastic upgrade. The 4K picture is sharp with vibrant colors and deep contrast. Smart features work flawlessly, and setup was quick and easy. Great for movies, sports, and gaming. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a big-screen experience at home!

Last time I bought a tv it was my first Samsung. This time I wanted a little bit better one and this one fits the bill nicely!! 4k streaming with great picture. Long but easy set up and very friendly remote. On budget tv for everyone.

The tv is fine. Coming from 1080p I don’t see so much differences in the picture personally. The sound needs a lot of help. Moved to a soundbar and that fixed the issue. The tv connection to the soundbar was seamless. The biggest upside has been the new OS and apps that are available. The OS control feels snappy and responsive.

Excellent product for the price. The quality is great and even sounds great without a sound bar. The remote is very responsive and you can navigate the screen quickly.

Great TV, works amazing in an office environment in a conference room or personal office. Can connect quickly to it.

Seamless delivery and install( by me). Crisp clear picture and decent sound . I bought for a home gym and have the highest end OLEDs and am very happy with the value to price ratio of this product

Fantastic color and brightness. Delivery was on time. Installation was fairly fast, and the technician was knowledgeable and was polite and courteous.

Good product. One problem the remote very small built cheap just replaced Samsung 2015 curved 55in remote was a little longer and built stronger.

I love Samsung products and this is just another example of the quality and ease of use that you get with Samsung. It has great picture quality it has great features I couldn't ask for more. Great value for the money.

This TV is everything plus more than we were looking for! If you purchase & plan on using an Apple TV. Save money on the Apple TV; this thing has it built in.

Color are good but not excellent. Brightness can be better.
