    The television provides an excellent 1080P picture. The 4K performance is okay.

    Dont waste you money

    Color is fine, picture and refresh rates are good but live streaming is a joke. It disconnects from wifi every 10 min. Contacted bestbuy and they dont care and told us to call the manufacturer. Not a good TV for as much online streaming is required nowadays.

      Thank you for sharing your experience. If your TV is having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, try the following steps:

      1. Keep the TV within 50 feet of your modem or router and reduce interference from other devices or walls.
      2. Power cycle your TV and router by unplugging both for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in.
      3. If you're using an Ethernet cable, verify it's functional. If using Wi-Fi, move the router closer to the TV.
      4. Run a Smart Hub Connection Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test
      5. Also check: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi
      6. If the issue persists, consider a factory reset: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset

    We have been wanting to upgrade and we were pleased with the previous Samsung. The best buy guy was extremely helpful and gave us good advice.

    Between the ads on the home screen, the input delay from the remote, and the home screen freezing, you’ll be doing yourself a disservice by purchasing this tv. Skip the Samsung TV and look at Sony (or any other brand). I had zero issues with my Sony TV and nothing but frustration with this Samsung. Maybe Samsung should focus on making a properly functioning television before loading it up with advertisements.

    It’s a decent TV. I bought this to replace an older Samsung in my bedroom. Great TV for the money. It is nowhere near as good as the LG OLED TVs. It works for my bedroom, however for your family room, it needs to be OLED.

    This TV is too big for our apartment. I should have measured ten times instead of three. Also, the picture isn't great and the sound is out-of-sync. I don't know why. I bought a Samsung thinking it would be better quality and so far, the basics, like color, sound and pixelation are not good. Not the best choice for me. If I could return it, I would.

      Thank you for your feedback on the lip sync issues you're experiencing with your Samsung TV. This may be related to the content source, but if you're noticing the audio delay across all sources or channels, especially when using an external speaker setup (soundbar, receiver, etc.), there are a few settings that may help:

      1. Adjust Digital Audio Delay. You can manually increase the audio delay to better match the video: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

      2. Enable Audio Pass-Through. Samsung TVs include an audio pass-through option, which sends the audio signal directly to your connected soundbar or receiver without additional processing by the TV. This can reduce delay when using external audio devices: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

      3. Check for Firmware Updates. Ensure your TV is running the latest software, which may include performance improvements related to sound or sync: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

    Excellent choice, I dont regret, with the exception of finding out that the Hue Light sync that's built into the tv is a monthly fee.

    price for led non back lit is good. I do not like how it takes me 6 clicks to get to Spectrum

    Bright color and very strong contrast. Viewing angle is bad. HDR looks like garbage streaming, not to bad from 4k disks. Slow processor. ALOT of stutter/judder watching tv shows. The old samsung I had only suffered this watching old tv shows from the 70s and 80s. This 1 is ALL the time. Disappointed to say the least.

      Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, and review these key settings:

      Picture Clarity Settings
      • Off: Disables all motion enhancement
      • Auto: Automatically adjusts motion clarity based on content
      • Custom: Enables manual control of:
      o Judder Reduction: Smooths motion in film-based content
      o LED Clear Motion: Increases sharpness during fast movement
      o Noise Reduction: Helps reduce distortion in lower-quality sources

      Additional Picture Controls
      • Brightness – Adjust overall image brightness
      • Contrast – Controls the difference between light and dark areas
      • Sharpness – Enhances the definition of object edges
      • Color – Adjusts color intensity for more natural or vivid tones

    Build Quality concerns

    So far, it’s pretty good. There’s a ventilation grille on the back of the TV, I believe. However, the material feels quite soft, which raises some concerns about build quality—so I’m giving it a lower rating.
