TV IS OVERALL GOOD FOR THE PRICE

The picture quality is great bright clear and vibrant especially when watching sports or streaming in 4K. The QLED display looks awesome both during the day and at night and the size fits perfectly in a living room. The only downside is the smart TV side can be a little glitchy at times. Every once in a while the system freezes or apps stop responding and I have to unplug the TV to reboot it. It does not happen all the time but it is noticeable when it does. All in all I am happy with the TV and would still recommend it. If Samsung can clean up a few software issues it would be even better.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your Q7F TV’s performance. If you're experiencing freezing or lag in general response time, please try the following steps:
1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

Our controller was lost for a week and we were able to do all the things through the smart things app. My only complaint is the controller is small-in this age of technology, why is there no find my remote in the smart things app?

My previous tv was also a Samsung a 8 series or something like that… regardless this tvs picture quality and audio coupled with the Samsung 11.1 sound bar is unmatched!! Theater quality picture and audio at home is amazing.

The Samsung 65 inch Q lead is a very nice TV but most of all I’m happy that I’m dealing with Best Buy with my credit card which allows me to pay it off within a year with no interest. That’s something very beneficial to me thank you Best Buy
