Absolutely amazing TV, Super impressed on how the picture looks, Would recommend to anyone looking for a mid-to cheap TV

Pedro really came through for us. My boyfriend and I don’t know much about TVs, so walking into Best Buy was a little overwhelming until Pedro stepped in. We told him we’re big movie and TV show fanatics, and he made the whole process so easy. He gave us great options, explained everything clearly, and we ended up with this amazing Samsung QLED. The picture quality is stunning, and the smart features are super user-friendly. Couldn’t be happier!

Very nice tv, the best brand in my opinion. Very easy to set up and with the new Ai feature it mind blowing simple to use the tv. The graphics are out of this world!! A lot better then i was expecting. I would recommend to all my friends and family. A must buy thanks

I have been very pleased with the purchase of my Samsung 65" QLED TV. My upgrade to a 4K Smart TV is quite the improvement over my previous TV. My only complaint would the pressure from the sales person to purchase a different higher grade TV out of my price range.

This TV was worth every cent. I can really see the details in every show and movie that I wasn’t able to see with my last TV. Definitely a step up. I recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

This 4K TV looks great. Has a great picture and color Like that if you are watching a program, a note comes up stating this program is on another channel in 4K would you like to watch the 4K channel????

The TV was delivered with lines on the screen so I had to return it. It wasn't the delivery peoples fault, it was just a rare random thing that happened. So I can't really review how the screen quality is as I wasn't able to watch it, but I can say this. This TV has 3 HDMI ports and no Digital Audio Port, which is probably fine for many people, but I'm coming from an older TV that had 4 HDMI ports, Digital Audio Port, RCA jacks and then some, also using an older Bose Stereo receiver, so when I do order a new TV, I'm not going to order this one, I'm going to order one with the inputs/outputs that I need.

First time buying a tv without my husband’s help. It was a Christmas gift for my husband. The salesman was very helpful and husband was very happy with it. Great picture.

The picture quality on this 65" Samsung Q7F is amazing. Bright colors, sharp image, and perfect size for our living room.

The TV has nice colors thanks to quantum for technology. The motion processing is acceptable though there is some visible blur when watching live broadcast. The black levels are also good for this TV model which I recommend for anyone looking to spend for this low priced item.

I like the tv fine, but there is no way to connect to my hearing aid streamer. there is no optical (formerly known as "audio out") port needed to connect to my streamer. I didn't even think to check for a connection, since I'm so used to having one for the last 15 years. I'm going to have to exchange this tv for another. Seems Samsung is the only company that doesn't have an optical output. For those who don't know (like me, before), "optical" is for a fiberoptic cable. I'm told it carries the audio or video signal, to whatever component you attach. Steven and JJ, the installers extraordinaire, performed all kinds of magic trying to get this to work for me, but we finally had to give up.

So in love with this tv. Found out the remote can be charged by a c type charger or putting it under light to have it solar charge rather the replacing batteries. Also paired with my samsung phone and i can control the tv anywhere i am at. The picture quality is excellent.
