The TV has nice colors thanks to quantum for technology. The motion processing is acceptable though there is some visible blur when watching live broadcast. The black levels are also good for this TV model which I recommend for anyone looking to spend for this low priced item.

The TV was easy to set up and has an excellent picture.

I like the tv fine, but there is no way to connect to my hearing aid streamer. there is no optical (formerly known as "audio out") port needed to connect to my streamer. I didn't even think to check for a connection, since I'm so used to having one for the last 15 years. I'm going to have to exchange this tv for another. Seems Samsung is the only company that doesn't have an optical output. For those who don't know (like me, before), "optical" is for a fiberoptic cable. I'm told it carries the audio or video signal, to whatever component you attach. Steven and JJ, the installers extraordinaire, performed all kinds of magic trying to get this to work for me, but we finally had to give up.

Picture clear great quality the price was perfect no issues

The QLED provides a great picture, the size of the TV is perfect for the size of the room. Sound is excellent and very clear and easy to understand.

I love this TV so much I was struggling because I just moved behind the store and I was trying to find a good TV and an associate named. Thomas was amazing in recommending things. He was such a great concierge. I would love to come see him every time because he was great. The whole team actually was the greeter was very helpful in front.

Great TV! I finally upgraded after several years, and I thought this would suit my needs. It’s an incredible picture, and for the price I can’t believe how beautiful the images are on the screen. I couldn’t be happier!

this TV is awesome in TRU-VIBRANT COLORS; specified as stated/ have ALEXA built in/ and remote control is small but totally controls everything even the cable box. totall great TV to have/ sound quality is perfeect have its own bass/trble and balance control plus additonal features.

Beautiful design, excellent brightness, and sharp 4K image.

Great picture, decent speakers, lots of good features. Remote control is not what I would call user-friendly. Difficult to change channels quickly; spend a lot of time scrolling through the channel guide.

Tv has been performing amazingly, brilliant quality picture, works better with its own built in operating system than with a Google or similar cast device.

Purchased the QLED from the lower model. I can’t really notice a difference but it was nice to have the higher model without breaking the bank

Our family room lets in a lot of natural light as we have big windows. The picture quality and brightness are great for the family room. When watching TV at night, the picture quality and brightness are still top tier. When choosing a TV we were initially concerned about that (vs OLED) and this TV has not let us down at all. Great TV overall and a great bang for your buck.

Excellent picture, smooth OS, and AI! Simply amazing and all at an amazing unbearable price! Definitely worthwhile expenditure.

love my Samsung tv it is perfect does so much it's so high tech the picture quality is out of this world when we're streaming movies on Netflix or Amazon prime it feels like we're in the movie it's so amazing when my son is playing iS XboX the graphics are unbelievable looks so good
