    TV is excellent, but the remote is substandard. Remote is poorly marked and the up/down volume toggle is poorly designed. I would have given the tv 5 stars for quality and price, but dropped it down to a 4 due to the remote.

    Bought this after returning a defective unit of another brand. This is exactly what I was looking for to replace my old Samsung. Had originally arranged for it to be shipped, but when I returned the defective unit, they had it in stock. The Best Buy employee made it super easy for us to cancel the shipment and purchase the unit they had in stock. Only negative thing about the experience was the setup - it was a little frustrating.
