The result really brings entertainment to life and makes you forget you are looking at a screen tv.

I am getting the run around from Samsung. I have requested a new remote and they keep putting me through the same steps, which dont work. Its unfortunate that Samsung support is terrible. I would have rated this TV higher if it wasnt for the remote issue

I’m sorry to hear your SolarCell Remote is not holding a charge. Please try the following steps, which may help resolve the issue:
1. Reconnect the remote: Stand within 1 foot of the TV and press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds, or until a message appears confirming the remote is connected.
2. Check the remote's battery status. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control
3. Ensure your TV is up to date. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. You can also connect with a LiveChat agent through the ‘Support’ section on our website.
