    My only complaint is the remote. I do not like the volume control. It is difficult to control when I want to increase the volume, it goes to mute and I have to struggle with it. Otherwise, I like my tv.

    Picture is pretty good but not amazing, but for the QLED it’s not bad. Could have paid more for the best quality so I can’t really complain. Easy set up and easy to use.
