It is hard to navigate, and the dinky remote is not very helpful. It took us about a day to figure out how to use it..... somewhat! I still have difficulties. It is hard to get back to a show you had been watching, if you by mistake lightly touched the remote, and it switched. It has not Guide to really tell you what you are watching. Searching for a show is a huge undertaking, because you sit there wasting a few hours scrolling, trying to find something worth watching. Normal volume is muffled, so you have to turn on the (oh, what did they call it?) amplified volume. Then the most comfortable setting is around 17, or you blast your eardrums out. I can't figure out how to add apps that I want. All in all, I should have bought a more user friendly TV. But hey, if you are a computer Wizz, go for it.

To help you get the most from your TV and remote functions, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your TV model to view or download the available guides.
The e-Manual & Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.
For additional guidance, your TV also includes Accessibility features designed to assist with navigation and remote use.
• Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. This is especially helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.
• Learn TV Remote helps users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. Pressing a button (other than Power) will prompt the TV to announce its name and purpose, again without affecting TV operation. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, press the Return key twice.

Solid TV for Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I opted for this model over the base model because it has 3 hdmi ports instead of 2. I don't observe a noticeable improvement in picture quality over 3yr older, similar Samsung models. It has a slim profile which is nice for a TV this size. Setup is easy and the UI is decent. I use primarily for streaming/apps and occasional gaming. My biggest gripe is the banner ads that always show at the homescreen. For the price, I wish there was a way to disable this, but I believe it's "standard" for smart Tvs these days. You ARE the product, sigh. Overall, for the price I'm satisfied but there's definitely higher quality options from Samsung and across the market.
