I’m extremely happy with this Samsung 65” TV. Setup was quick and straightforward, and within minutes it was up and running without any hassle. The picture quality is the standout. I am extremely happy with this TV! The design looks sleek and modern, enhancing the overall look of my living room. The picture quality is fantastic — colors are vibrant, the contrast is sharp, and everything appears very crisp. Watching the new season of Stranger Things on this TV felt almost like a theater experience. The dark scenes, neon lights, and action—all looked fantastic. The sound is also loud, clear, and surprisingly rich for a TV. I didn’t even feel the need for a soundbar, since the audio fills the room nicely. One thing I love is how even older shows look upgraded—cleaner, brighter, and more modern, almost as if they were filmed recently. It really improves everything I watch. Overall, this TV has exceeded my expectations. Great picture, great sound, great design. I absolutely love it!

So far, good. I'm a fan of Samsung TV's. While I've only had this for a short time, setting up our channels/subscriptions was a breeze. The picture quality is good, and the price point on sale was excellent. This 65" TV will be for a room in our new house where we don't watch a lot of TV, so going with QLED vs. OLED made sense for us.

However, for what you get, it has a great picture quality. Very sharp and the colors look nice and accurate. Not all movies I watch on it are high resolution, but some of my 4K videos which I have created and posted on YouTube amaze me of the sharpness. It may be one that doesn't have a very high refresh rate, but the seems that it doesn't need it. The for my apartment and the location of my couch, the size gives a theater feel. I also like the built in OS which has so much to offer. I don't really have any complaints, but one con could be that the OS runs slow at times when choosing certain apps like Fandango, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, but this could also be due to a lagging internet service at times and not the TV's processor. This is the only reason I don't give it a full 5 stars.

Great picture fantastic price. Love it. At first was going to go ALL out and get an OLED 85" but after seeing how HUGE that would have been in my family room (only about 15 feet distance to wall) I decided to go the best discounted 65" route and this TV was PERFECT (1/4 the price of the OLED) and I do not have any extreme high def inputs anyway, so woulda been a waste of $$. This TV has great features too. You cannot go wrong with this one, and Best Buy had the Best Price too, by like $50/75 or so! The BEST part was the delivery. BBuy had it here FAST. They texted me when they were arriving, and delivered it right on time. Also their delivery window was shorter than others, I think we had a 4 hour window, while other places said delivery between 8AM and 8PM or something where I would have to wait all day for it. All in all I would recommend BBuy and this TV if you are considering it. Great experience, would highly recommend.

The tv is fine. Coming from 1080p I don’t see so much differences in the picture personally. The sound needs a lot of help. Moved to a soundbar and that fixed the issue. The tv connection to the soundbar was seamless. The biggest upside has been the new OS and apps that are available. The OS control feels snappy and responsive.

It was a gift and she was thrilled with this TV. Installed it for this friend yesterday 12/26/25 and the mount was sturdy and fairly easy to mount to the wall, connected the Samsung TV to the mount, hooked it up to the soundbar, everything went smooth, the picture and size was a big upgrade. Installation went smooth.

Perfect tv if on a budget but want new tech. I have in semi bright room and it blows my 8year old Phillips out of the water! No it’s not oled but still a solid choice. I watch movies and stream and some games. Blacks are not ink black but not blotchy grey either. Motion blur depends on quality of what you are watching. Closer to 4k the better but low quality resolution isn’t bad. Do your research if you find this tv at another big chain retailer be aware it may be of little lower quality! Never been disappointed purchasing from Best Buy!

Tv is the perfect size and the picture quality is amazing. I bought this tv at the outlet and saved a ton of money. The tv came with everything as well. The Best Buy outlet is the way to go.

I’m very happy that I chose the Samsung Qled tv. The 65” size fits perfectly on my wall. The picture is clear and bright. I’ve been using it for about 2 months and have no regrets. The remote is simple to use and well designed. This is a very nice tv, although a sound bar was recommended. I purchased one and I’m glad I did since the speakers are located on the back side of the tv. Because of this, when the tv is placed on the wall bracket, the sound becomes blocked by the wall. This doesn’t make sense to me to place the speakers on the back. I was told that Samsung designed it this way so it looks better from the front. However, once the sound bar is attached to the bottom of the tv, the look is completely different and there is a wide black strip fastened to the bottom of the tv. I think Samsung could come up with a better idea for the location of the speakers, Since it requires the addition of a sound bar, I can’t say that I’m impressed with the sound quality. To be fair, though, I was told in the store that all tv’s are made this way. Overall, I’m still pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

Great Quality, easy setup and a fair price. I was looking for a larger tv for my living room, but I only use it during football season. This one was a perfect match during the July 4th sale. Wife loves it for her shows as well, her issue has always been that shows nowadays are always too dark. This TV solved this for her as well. In my opinion, it does need a sound bar, but to be completely honest I don't see that as a knock as I would always recommend/buy one anyways.

My son was looking for a new TV and did a lot of research before purchasing this one. The picture, sound and features were just what he was looking for. We're very happy with this purchase and plan to buy another one for the living room.
