    I had a great experience with Best Buy. The 1st TV that was delivered was bad from the factory, but Best Buy took care of it right away. I will be buying all future TV's from them

    Love the TV. my only negative would be the salesmen. I told him I am looking for a new grand he immediately took me to a $2,500 model, it put a bad taste in mouth.

    I mean nothing to see here. Not user friendly have to have Samsung account just to do anything annoying. My Nfl app isnt working. Look for better options not worth.
