This TV is a great mid-range option at a very reasonable price. The picture is clear and vivid, and the OS works fast. I was looking for an upgrade beyond the basic models without breaking the bank, including good support for my Xbox, and this model offers great bang for the buck.

Excellent value. Not up to OLED standards of black level, but for the price an excellent picture. Apps and setup menu are problematic. Automatic input switching to Samsung smart TV stream is a bad feature. Otherwise very good. Recommended. Should be 4.5 stars.

My experience with phenomenal from the online process to the in person customer service. They had my product there on time and it was very helpful, but I will continue to shop at Best Buy because they always have what I need. I always get Samsung products because they have the best picture, quality and reliability out of all the TVs. I am a Samsung loyalist.

I am extremely happy with this TV! The design looks sleek and modern, enhancing the overall look of my living room. The picture quality is fantastic — colors are vibrant, the contrast is sharp, and everything appears very crisp. Watching the new season of Stranger Things on this TV felt almost like a theater experience. The dark scenes, neon lights, and action—all looked fantastic. The sound is also loud, clear, and surprisingly rich for a TV. I didn’t even feel the need for a soundbar, since the audio fills the room nicely. One thing I love is how even older shows look upgraded—cleaner, brighter, and more modern, almost as if they were filmed recently. It really improves everything I watch. Overall, this TV has exceeded my expectations. Great picture, great sound, great design. I absolutely love it!

Picture is very nice. We love enjoy our movie nights just a bit more. It looks like you are right there with the people in the tv. Looks like you can touch them lol. Oh hubby place video games on it and looks good to

This is a buy far a superior TV purchase in the QLED category. The newer model has very bright and vivid colors as well as a mix of the darks That you may have grown accustom to with plasma. I went for a cheaper vizio model and the samsung is definitely worth the extra price. Excellent viewing angles if you have your TV mounted and couches on either wall. I would highly recommend it

The TV has nice colors thanks to quantum for technology. The motion processing is acceptable though there is some visible blur when watching live broadcast. The black levels are also good for this TV model which I recommend for anyone looking to spend for this low priced item.

Very nice tv, the best brand in my opinion. Very easy to set up and with the new Ai feature it mind blowing simple to use the tv. The graphics are out of this world!! A lot better then i was expecting. I would recommend to all my friends and family. A must buy thanks

I have been very pleased with the purchase of my Samsung 65" QLED TV. My upgrade to a 4K Smart TV is quite the improvement over my previous TV. My only complaint would the pressure from the sales person to purchase a different higher grade TV out of my price range.

Very happy with this Samsung television and the price. Clear colorful picture that we can see during daylight hours with our big window near it.

However, for what you get, it has a great picture quality. Very sharp and the colors look nice and accurate. Not all movies I watch on it are high resolution, but some of my 4K videos which I have created and posted on YouTube amaze me of the sharpness. It may be one that doesn't have a very high refresh rate, but the seems that it doesn't need it. The for my apartment and the location of my couch, the size gives a theater feel. I also like the built in OS which has so much to offer. I don't really have any complaints, but one con could be that the OS runs slow at times when choosing certain apps like Fandango, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, but this could also be due to a lagging internet service at times and not the TV's processor. This is the only reason I don't give it a full 5 stars.

This QLED TV is so bright, I’m convinced it’s secretly trying to compete with the sun for dominance in my living room. The colors are so explosive, my goldfish thought it was a rival and tried to fight the reflection. Honestly, every time I turn it on, I feel like I should be wearing sunglasses and charging admission at the door.

Great TV! I finally upgraded after several years, and I thought this would suit my needs. It’s an incredible picture, and for the price I can’t believe how beautiful the images are on the screen. I couldn’t be happier!

The colors on this model is very vibrant. I’ve enjoyed the new home design way nicer then my 2023 model. I just cast stay away for a Samsung TV.

Pedro really came through for us. My boyfriend and I don’t know much about TVs, so walking into Best Buy was a little overwhelming until Pedro stepped in. We told him we’re big movie and TV show fanatics, and he made the whole process so easy. He gave us great options, explained everything clearly, and we ended up with this amazing Samsung QLED.
