My 4K Sharp TV had issues after a year so I sold to get this TV and WOW what a difference QLED makes. I colors are so rich and you can really tell a difference when you're watching something dark, the black look like a true black. This model has APPLE TV built into the TV which is also another perk but know that you're not getting the full features of an APPLE TV.

At first my husband thought he wanted to go to 70 inch tv but we decided to go for better quality at the 65 inch size. It was definitely the right choice. The picture quality is amazing and it’s plenty big. We went up in size from our previous model and gained an amazing picture. Very easy to set up. We couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend.

From Picture to Features it is AWESOME!! This TV is the Main TV for the House and with Apple TV, Netflix, and all the other useful apps Samsung has brought Modern Day to the world of TV’s. Easy to use!!! Not to mention your not Breaking the Bank like other TV’s in it’s class. Would buy this again and again and again!! Highly Recommend!!!!

Bought this for a living room with lots of windows. Does excellent at limiting glare. Great picture quality, even at a wide viewing angle. The Samsung OS takes some getting used to, and the remote is small with only a few buttons. It is still easy enough to switch between the cable box, Netflix, Prime, etc. once set up. Very happy with this purchase.

Awesome tv. Picture is crystal clear and sound is good too. Most importantly cable programming looks great. I tried out the TCL 6 series and LG b9 OLED before ultimately returning both and picking up this beauty. Regular cable tv just didn’t look good enough on either tv. I felt my older plasma and led tvs had better pictures for cable programs at least. Don’t get me wrong, you put some 4K content on any of these TVs and they’re stunning. Unfortunately there’s not much 4K content out there. So for me I wanted a tv that was going to display whatever I was watching, whether it be 4K, streaming, or regular tv and sports In a crystal clear picture. And that’s what this tv does. I just couldn’t justify the price of the lg OLED for the picture I was seeing. In 4K it was unreal, but cable was worse than my older TVs. I wanted to be wowed for the price I was paying and this tv finally did that. Pick one up u won’t regret it!!

Really glad we upgraded to a 65" screen, as it makes shows much more immersive. The colors on QLED TV are bright and vivid, with deep blacks. We're running it with pretty much default settings--just turned the Auto Motion feature down to 2. (You really want to do this, by the way, to avoid the "soap opera" effect of too much motion smoothing.)

Finally a product that surpasses my expectations, replaced my 12 yr old Samsung plasma and didn't realize how far technology has come, along with its stunning clarity the colors and brilliance are amazing, great sound and lots of bells and whistles too, Set up was easy be careful as the screen is fragile. There is nothing to dislike about this unit.

This Qled has great picture quality with a great deep black background, especially in game mode. I just wish tv networks could improve on their resolution for better picture quality. The tv is designed to upscale cable into 4K content along also I have a 4K cable box. But the network itself should upgrade. But other talisman that the tv is great.

Coming from a Panasonic Plasma, I had some high expectations for my next TV. I compared the QLEDs to the OLEDs and decided that since my TV area is in a very sunny room, to go with Samsung rather than LG. I did take a bit of time to compare the Q80 to the Q90 and discovered that there is, to my eyes, a very small, but noticeable, difference in picture quality but not enough to warrant paying the extra money for the Q90 especially when you consider that when you get the TV home, you'll never see these two TVs side-by-side ever again!
So how do I like it? It's a great TV and when used in "Movie Mode" will easily trumps my Plasma. I have not experimented with tweeting the picture settings, but right out of the box, the picture is pretty incredible. Beyond that, my only remorse, is that, unlike the LG, the Sammy did not come with HDMI 2.1 or eARC. Hopefully these two items will be forthcoming in a firmware update, fingers crossed! Audio-wise, get a soundbar (and may I suggest the Q80R) or better yet, a complete surround system. It's almost a crime to have movies that look this good, not have spectacular sound to match. Do both and enjoy the best. Life is short.

This TV puts you in the scene. Picture quality, color, and sound are all perfect. Very easy to navigate. Best Buy Total Tech Support set up was great. Tech suggested optic cable for hookup to old analog Denon and it worked as with old TV. Lot of money for a TV with Best Buy having best price. This one should take us a few years down the road.

We bought the tv when it was on sale on Black Friday. WOW, the tv is really good! The picture is crisp and the colors are fantastic. Our previous tv was a Samsung 4k 55" but it was not QLED. I convinced my husband to get this tv. I watched plenty of reviews about this tv on Youtube. That's the reason I wanted us to get this tv when we're ready to upgrade it. We are glad we did. The QLED series is different than the original 4k UHD series. The QLED technology Samsung use is amazing. You don't need several tv remotes to watch tv shows, amazon prime, Netflix, Apple TV, etc. Everything is under control on one remote. To set up picture quality, screen saver, virtual assistant, etc., is also easy. The best part is there is no reflection light on the tv screen. Whenever we watched TV/movies we always turned off the light because the reflection from the light bothered us. With new tv, we don't need to do that. The picture quality is still great even though the room is bright. We highly recommend this tv if you're ready to upgrade it. It is expensive but you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I compared all the TV's at best buy, it came down to the Samsung and the Sony 65 inch, for the price the Samsung Q80 was the best price for the value and because we owned a Samsung previously and we had good luck with it, we decided to stay with the Samsung. The picture is crisp and the color vibrant.

Absolutely most stunning picture on any TV! I purchase all my TVs at Best Buy. Samsung screens and the ease of use of all their products cannot be beat. If I have any dumb problem in operation- I quickly call Geek Squad & it is resolved over phone in few minutes!!

Love the TV but love to hate the little remote. No number pad and multi function keys makes it harder to do some things. No written manual so you have to read it on the TV and then try to figure out the settings are made bouncing back and forth from manual to settings, Otherwise the TV is great and picture is beautiful.

My experience with the television is impressive in rooms with light and low light if you like to see bright colors with a good image. It is the perfect television and for those who like to play on consoles and PCs, they look spectacular with blacks on the screen that are close to an oled.

This Samsung TV is excellent. One of the best pictures I have ever seen on any TV. The picture is clear, great color, and "Blacks" are more pure. I was told that the TV would eliminate glare, which I doubted. My previous TV had horrible reflective glare, this as almost nothing. Very satisfied!

TV has an amazing and very clear picture. The contrast in colors really pops and the picture is so clear that it adds an extra sense of depth to what you watch. It's super easy to use and I'm very satisfied. I would highly recommend this model to anyone that asks me.

This Samsung is the best one I've had yet. Hits a great price point between the lower level Q70 and the much more expensive Q90. Great side angle viewing picture, which is one of the things I was looking for due to having an L-shaped couch in the living room.
