Been a great tv for the month that I have used it. The only complaint I have is that the Bixby option will pop up for no apparent reason. But the picture quality is the best I have seen.

Love!!! Was initially skeptical about buying such a large TV, but happy I caved. Great picture quality! Ton of features. Do yourself a favor though and get a sound bar.

This television provides the best picture quality I have ever seen on an in home television system. It is extremely clear and there is no glare from the room lighting.

Great picture, even when not watching 4K content (older content does not look as good, but a fair trade off). Was not inexpensive, but have no regrets about the purchase.

The speakers work really well. The graphics are amazing. My kids enjoy playing on their Xbox on the tv. it’s easy to switch to a different app. Example: going from Netflix to Hulu.

I was a little worried about spending the money on it but it was money well spent Only thing I wish it has is Dolby digital. Hdr 10+ is good but doesn't have as many titles.

Upgraded a 55" projection TV to the Samsung 65" Q80 QLED TV. Color, detail, and sound are so much better. don't know why I waited so long! Black Friday early price made this a steal.

Vibrant colors, love the size, feels like our own movie theater in our living room. I wish it had Alexa built in, it has “Bixby” voice control which we’re trying to get used to.

Beautiful picture, the anti-glare is amazing, and the bezels are super thin. Wish it the input box like the Q90 but otherwise it's got just about everything that anybody would need.

The picture is awesome. When I went to purchase the Q80 they did not have them in stores yet. They ordered it for me since all they had was the Q8f which is the 2018 model. Glad I waited.

Our old Samsung finally died so we chose this 65” model. It was delivered and set up by Best Buy. We have no issues with it and our enjoying it’s great picture and “smart” features

What a difference in the quality of the picture. Better quality than watching a movie at the theater. You can see all the details and love the way it adjusts to the light in the room.

Very pleased with our purchase 3 weeks ago. Beautiful, bright picture. Had the Geek squad connect 5 devices and a universal remote at the same. All accomplished perfectly.

We were looking at a LG product that was on sale after our Toshiba crashed after just 2 years. Sony had a good looking unit but after careful consideration we chose the Samsung.

Tv was easy to set up and install. Picture looks great and it apps load at a good speed. Wireless connectivity has been solid and no issues streaming content.

This TV is simply spectacular. It had been well over 10 years since I had purchased my last TV and there is no comparison. Go to Best Buy and check it out for yourself.

Wonderful picture and features. Set it up myself. It was a bit tedious getting passwords to watch TV but 1 and done. No complaints. But I do suspect the TV is watching me...
