It does emit some heat while viewing but I guess this is doe to the backlight screen. The anti glare makes a difference especially when lights are on and has potential to reflect off the screen and disrupt your viewing.

Almost Perfect

Names of settings are difficult to discern, but you get the hang of it. Worst thing is the screen getting brighter when subtitles are on, dimmer when someone finishes speaking, then brighter when they have another line.
